Track Of The Day #94: Found – A Souvenir For Every Hope You Had

Posted by David McElroy

FOUND - A Souvenir For Every Hope You Had
FOUND return with a new album Cloning on 6th November and this is the lead track from it.  A Souvenir For Every Hope You Had is a synth dominated cinematic piece of magic with echoes of Kraftwerk at their most playful, John Carpenter, and even a hint of Arcade Fire in places.  All in all it adds up to something very special and if this is a taste of what’s to come, Cloning is going to be something to look forward to.

The track has been on the Scottish Fiction Radio Show playlist for the last month, and as we love it so much we’ve made it our Track of the Day.
