Track of the Day #122: Stillhound – Shy

Posted by Neil Wilson

Stillhound - Shy
Laid back and brooding, the new single from Edinburgh based Stillhound is sexy, cool and ever slightly mysterious.  Perhaps not surprising with a name like Shy.

Accompanied by a stylish new video the track is now available to download for free as the band continue to push towards their debut album due out this year.  Shy displays marks of a patience some younger, less experienced bands lack, allowing the song to breathe and grow into the listeners ear naturally.  There’s notes of Jamie Woon, and James Blake, floating about too.  Check it out.
